The Director of Operations primary role is to provide effective ministry and administrative oversight of finances, campus and facilities, HR and technology resources and services for the staff, ministry teams, and operation of the church. The Director of Operations promotes, protects, and brings alignment around Five Stones mission, vision, and values, by working in tandem with the Elders, Staff, and Finance Team to provide the necessary support for ministry at Five Stones. A key element of this role is to effectively manage the Operations Team and build servant leader teams. This position will also play a key role in supporting Five Stones leadership in planning and executing campus expansion and financial generosity initiatives.

Campus and Facilities Director

The Campus and Facilities Director primary role is to provide effective ministry and administrative oversight of the Community Campus and facilities, resources and environments for the staff, ministry teams, and operation of the church. The Campus and Facilities Director promotes, protects, and brings alignment around Five Stones mission, vision, and values, by working in tandem and under the oversight of the Director of Operations to provide the necessary support for ministry at Five Stones. This position will provide vital support for Five Stones by setting and achieving maintenance, improvements, expansion goals, maintaining knowledge of concerns, and cultivating relationships with vendors, contractors, fellow employees and servant leaders.
