The Worship Pastor leads the congregation in expressions of worship through music and other creative elements. His primary focus is fostering a culture of worship by creating experiences that encourage participation, engagement, and spiritual growth. As a pastor, his responsibilities include shepherding the larger Five Stones community through prayer, care, visitation, weddings, funerals, etc. He leads by example and demonstrates a heart for worship and people in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of Five Stones Church.Download the Worship Pastor job description

The resident position lasts up to twelve months. A resident's purpose is to experience, grow in an understanding of, and potentially validate a call to ministry. The Co-Pastors’ Resident works with the Executive Assistant to provide administrative support for the Teaching and Team Pastors. The responsibilities include supplemental assistance with tasks, events, daily schedules, and correspondences.
