Ashleigh was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she attended Charlotte Christian School for K-12th grade. She received her BA in Sociology from UNCC, lived in Germany, worked in the Union County school system, and eventually returned to school to become a registered nurse. She has been married to her amazing husband Mike since 2013, and they have three wonderful young children - Hayes, Austyn, and Brooks. They love spending time together as a family, especially when they get the chance to go camping.

Ashleigh is excited to be in the Care and Connection role as she loves meeting new people and making genuine connections. She also seeks to be the hands and feet of Jesus. “When God’s people are in need, be ready to help them. Always be eager to practice hospitality.” Romans 12:13 NLT
