CHILDREN’S CAMP:  June 16-19th: Camp Kid Jam
(Current 2nd-5th Graders)

$335 includes camp fees, lodging and meals at Lander University, charter bus transportation, camp t-shirt plus tons of extra fun stuff!
This is a great time of bonding with your child’s small group leaders and a chance to build life-long friendships in a safe environment. A non-refundable deposit of $50 reserves your spot and balance is due May 31st. Registration is closed for Camp KidJam 2018!!

***If medical forms are not complete and insurance info uploaded by May 30th, we will be charged $25 per day CKJ.  Therefore YOU will be charged $25 per day!   YIKES!  We just got this info, so please just get your forms turned in!!  Thanks guys!!

** have a pdf copy of 1) immunization record and 2) both sides of your insurance card ready to go,  the form will prompt you to upload them at the appropriate time.

PARENT MEETING | If you could not make our meeting, do not worry! We have your child’s camp packet and tee shirt available for pick up at the office or at church next Sunday!   If you would like to arrange pick up this week please Michele at mshirley@fivestoneschurch.com.

The LATE NIGHT Theme is LUAU!!!   We get team points for bringing our Laua Spirit!!  So maybe pack an Hawaiian shirt, lei, fun sunglasses or grass skirts!!
